The Wagga Wagga Show blessed us with plenty of sunshine across both days, but the medium winds kept us on our toes. By evening, the temperature dropped down to a chilly 9°C, so coats and jackets came out quickly as the sun went down.

The Mermaidia Braids crew gave it their all across two big days. With long hours from morning until night, our team kept the sparkle alive, welcoming families, kids, and teens into our colourful space. Despite the winds and the evening chill, we stayed vibrant and full of energy.

Crowds at Wagga Wagga are always enthusiastic, and we loved seeing so many familiar faces returning for another round of braids and ponytails. Sales were slightly down compared to last year, but the atmosphere remained warm and engaging, and it was wonderful to catch up with our loyal customers who make this show special every time.

Festival braids, extension ponytails, and sparkly accessories were on full display, drawing plenty of smiles and compliments. Even in the breezy conditions, the braids held strong, and the colours stood out beautifully under the show lights.

While 2025 brought a smaller sales tally than last year, the Wagga Wagga Show was still a highlight for us—full of sunshine, sparkle, and community spirit.
