Mermaidia Braids at the Bendigo Show 2025

This year, Mermaidia Braids returned to the Bendigo Show for another weekend of sparkle, colour, and unforgettable moments! The weather gave us a mix of sunshine and drizzle, but nothing could dampen the excitement:

• Friday: Sunny, 20°C

• Saturday: Overcast with late drizzle, 20°C

Friday – A Bright Start

The show kicked off under clear skies, and our stall was buzzing from the moment gates opened. Families and friends stopped by to choose their favourite colours, and we loved seeing the creativity shine through every braid and ponytail. The energy was electric, and the day flew by in a whirl of glitter and laughter.

Saturday – A Little Rain, A Lot of Sparkle

Saturday brought overcast skies and a touch of drizzle later in the day, but that didn’t slow us down! Our braiding station stayed busy as returning faces and new visitors came for their festival look. The patience and enthusiasm of everyone made the day extra special, and we were thrilled to add a pop of colour to the grey skies.
