🌟 Moss Vale Show 2025 — The Weekend That Tested Us! 🌟

We’ve just returned from our very first Moss Vale Show adventure, and what a rollercoaster it was!

✨ Friday 21st March
The gates opened under perfect sunny skies, and we were excited to bring colour and sparkle to Moss Vale. Despite the lovely weather, it turned out to be a catastrophic day for sales. We only completed 2 Festival Braids and no Extension Ponytails. Sometimes, that’s just the way it goes — but we stayed smiling and hopeful for the weekend ahead!

✨ Saturday 22nd March
Saturday was fine weather-wise and gave us a little more action. We created 14 gorgeous Festival Braids/Natural Braids and 5 Extension Ponytails. But overall, it was another catastrophic day for sales. It happens in this business, and we kept spirits high, chatting with lovely locals and soaking up the show atmosphere.

✨ Sunday 23rd March
Sunday arrived… along with miserable weather. The drizzle dampened the crowds, and we sadly had another quiet day, completing no braids or ponytails.

💫 A Reflection
While sales weren’t what we’d hoped by far, the Moss Vale Show was still a beautiful experience. We met new people, admired the show’s spirit, and learned valuable lessons for next year. Events like this remind us that sometimes the connections we make and the community vibe are just as important as the numbers.
